The staff were attentive. They remembered drink orders. Check-in was smooth. There was an early welcome drink. Our room had inflated balloons, fruit and cake. I appreciate the transfers and restaurant bookings were arranged easily.

Relaxing Stay with GREAT Service!

I had a really relaxing stay. The staff was always helpful and quick to assist. I liked that the pool area had plenty of sunbeds available, so finding a spot was never a problem. the beach was easily accessible directly from the hotel, a great bonus. The service from Mahmoud, who kept our room super clean, was excellent.
The minibar was not always fully restocked, mainly the soft drinks like cola and sprite were missing. While water was replenished, it would have been nice to have the other beverages consistently available. The ordering system for a la carte restaurants via a kiosk is one big MESS.
